About Cash-mere Financial

Financial Clarity for Growing Vancouver Businesses

I started Cash-mere Financial because I believe small and growing businesses deserve the same financial clarity as large corporations — without the cost of a full-time finance team.

My career began at PwC in audit, where I spent two years learning how to dig deep into financial statements and spot what really matters. After PwC, I joined a local accounting firm, where I worked directly with small and medium-sized business owners. There, I managed bookkeeping, prepared taxes, and handled accounting tasks that gave me a real appreciation for the challenges entrepreneurs face every day.

I later moved into industry, joining a mining company as an accountant. Over the next four years, I managed month-end closes, bank reconciliations, payroll processes, and eventually transitioned into a budgeting and forecasting analyst role. That shift gave me experience in forward-looking financial planning — building models, setting budgets, and creating forecasts that leadership teams relied on to make decisions.

Through each of these roles, one thing stood out: clarity matters. Whether you’re a startup, a family-run business, or a corporation with hundreds of employees, you make better decisions when your finances are clear, accurate, and forward-looking.

That’s what I bring to my clients through Cash-mere Financial — bookkeeping that’s precise, accounting processes that keep operations smooth, and strategic insights that help owners look ahead with confidence.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the golf course. Golf has taught me patience, discipline, and the value of small improvements over time — lessons I bring into how I support my clients. I also enjoy exploring Vancouver’s food scene, traveling, and spending time with family.

What’s in the name?

The name Cash-mere is a play on words: Cash, the backbone of every business, and mere, meaning simple. My mission is to make your finances feel clear and manageable while giving you the high-quality support you’d expect from a full-time team.
